You're doing the work software should be doing.

The stuff eating your week? I build the systems that fix it.And you get your evenings back.

  • Dynojet Research

    6x

more likely to buy when a shopper asked Brock a question.

    6.4% conversion vs. 1%.

  • Kokoro Farm

    90%+

    less weekly order admin.

3+ hours down to under 10 minutes.

You know the task. The one you do by hand every single week, even though you know there has to be a better way. The one that keeps you mentally "on" when you're not working.

That's exactly what I fix.

My Work

Systems I've Built

Two businesses. Two very different problems. Here's what changed.

Kokoro FarmBelgrade, MT

Cut weekly order admin by over 90%, dropping a 3+ hour wholesale process down to under 10 minutes.

Wholesale Order Management System

A Belgrade flower farm ran wholesale on spreadsheets, copy-pasted email lists, and texts from vendors. In busy season the whole thing fell apart: vendors had no idea what was available, and sales dried up. I built the ordering system around how the farm already works.

Shoppers who asked Brock a question were 6x more likely to buy, converting at 6.4% vs. 1% for standard site traffic.

AI Support and Voice Agent System

Dynojet's tech team covered support 8 AM to 5 PM, but riders work on their bikes at 9 PM and over the weekend. Fitment on a modified bike isn't a simple lookup, and a wrong answer can destroy an engine. I built a chat assistant and a 24/7 voice agent that pull directly from Dynojet's engineering docs and live product data, so riders get a real answer at any hour.

A Bozeman Local Who Gets It

I'm a Bozeman local, and I love getting the backend of a business working the way it should.

I started out building websites for a coffee startup in Colombia, studied computer science, and found that automation sat right where everything I knew overlapped. I like getting into the weeds, finding what's broken, and building something that holds up.

My goal is simple: get you out of the backend so you can spend your time on the work you're good at. Tell me what's eating your week.

Who I Help

Built for business owners holding it all together

Your business got bigger than the spreadsheets and inboxes holding it together. Here's what I build for teams in that spot.

Small business owners
You started the thing, and you're still the one holding the backend together. I build what takes that off you.
Growing teams
You've got a team, real volume, and a process that stopped scaling. I build the system that carries the load.

Custom software

When off-the-shelf software can't bend far enough.

Ordering systems, portals, and internal tools built around how your business already runs, not the other way around.

Automated B2B workflows

Orders and payments that run themselves.

I connect the tools you already use, so nobody retypes an order or chases a payment.

Production AI

Chat and voice agents that answer at 9 PM, without you.

They pull from your own documents and live data instead of guessing, and hand off to a person when they can't.

Let's Talk

Tell me what's eating your week.

If something eats your time every single week and you keep thinking there has to be a better way, this is where you start. Tell me what's going on and I'll be straight with you about what's actually possible.
